PREPARATION

Cut a thin slice from the bottom of the cherry tomatoes to create a flat base. These tomatoes will form the hat for our snowmen. Take six Muratbey Topi cheeses and slice off the top and bottom round edges to create flat surfaces. After this step, the cheese will resemble a small, filled wheel. Thread a star-shaped decoration (or any decoration of your choice) onto a toothpick. Then, continue threading the tomato, the wheel-shaped cheese, and two whole Muratbey Topi cheeses (used in their original form, without cutting)  onto the toothpick in sequence. For the snowman’s nose, cut a small piece of carrot. Use nigella seeds to create the mouth, eyes, and buttons, and place the carrot piece as the snowman’s nose. Use small fresh basil leaves to make arms for the snowman. Repeat this process to make six snowmen. Finally, spread Muratbey Kaymaklı on the slices of bread and place the snowmen on top of each bread slice. Enjoy your meal.
