Add dry yeast, sugar into milk, water and oil and mix. Add flour and salt and start kneading. Make a soft dough that sticks to the hand. Cover it and 45 min. Leave it to ferment. Divide the fermented dough in half. Spread 1 piece on an oiled tray. For the filling, finely chop the parsley, add Muratbey Curd (Lor) cheese, add black pepper, a little salt and mix. Pour the filling over the dough and spread it all over. Take the other dough and spread it over the filling and place it. Cover the tray for 20 minutes, ferment the tray and spread the egg yolk on the dough. Sprinkle Sesame and Black Cumin and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven.
